Working closely with one of our client’s
Information Technology Systems Organization, Paradise Communications introduced
standardized data collection and move management tools to support their data, network
and voice system needs and was integral in establishing a phased move schedule to
reflect required minimum systems downtime and maximum systems set-up and testing
time. Paradise communications successfully administered the bidding of technology
relocation services and managed the entire move schedule through regular meetings
and frequent communications with client leaders and coordination with company-assigned
move coordinators.
Just
a few of the services provided by Paradise Communications on a few of our projects
included:

Conducted
mover bid process and coordinated all mover-related activities.

Developed
a comprehensive move schedule, including all furniture, technology and support
(elevator and building schedules, sub-vendor due dates) items.

Created
a move plan and activity list with client Move Team members establishing the most
effective timeline to move network equipment, computers, telephone system and
instruments, files, storage and supplies, furniture, and individual office and
common area contents.

Served
as liaison with department move coordinators to communicate all packing and tagging
and equipment preparation activities and created customized move instruction packets
and checklists for all employees to follow.

Created
a master move database tracking all individuals and equipment (both personal and
shared) being moved and worked with the Systems Group to coordinate equipment
placement and wiring punch-down requirements.

Provided
continuous on-site move supervision throughout entire three-day relocation and
post-move support at both locations on opening day.

Assisted
client in obtaining a Furniture Broker for the disposition of all remaining furniture
and worked with building management to help delineate final cleaning requirements
related to client’s lease expiration.
