Furniture and Technology Coordination

We will work with your furniture vendors on space planners to insure furniture, technology and construction schedule are all moving as scheduled.  We will work with your vendors to address any issues which arise and have potential of affecting delivery or completion schedules.

Office Furniture Specification Design and Panel Systems

You may find the need for additional furniture or panel systems that are custom designed for maximum employee efficiency. In the process we will produce drawings and seek competitive bids from office furniture dealerships.

Project Construction/ Build Out Management

This phase is used to assist in obtaining quality contract bids, award the contract to the successful bid and manage engineering.

Construction Supervision

In this step we will monitor the contractor and subcontractors to assure the office build out is faithful to the plans, completed within budget and completed in the time frame required.

Move and Relocation Coordination

In this phase a representative from McDermott Planning will survey existing office equipment to be relocated, secure bids from three moving companies, schedule and coordinated your move into new office space.
